Vendors enjoy four days of direct access to 800+ engaged motorcycle enthusiasts. No electricity provided—bring your own generator. Booth space includes event passes for your staff.

Booth Pricing & Inclusions

Additional Passes $25 (18+ only)

Note: Food trucks charged as 10 x 20 booth ($50). Booth space sold in 10 x 10 increments at $25 each. Tent camping for vendors is free (no electricity provided—bring a generator).

Key Vendor Requirements

  • Booth manning: Booths must be staffed at all times. Unmanned booths: $1,000 fine.
  • Hours: Booths open & ready at event opening each day.
  • Load in/out: Follow designated timeframes for setup and teardown.
  • Generator: No electricity provided—you must bring your own.
  • Sales tax: You're responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax.
  • Fire/Safety: All booths must comply with fire codes and safety regulations.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations less than 30 days before event = forfeited payment.
  • Trash/Cleanup: You're responsible for cleaning your booth area.
